Here's how Janitri: NavamTempLive works!

Let’s answer your questions

Why is the device placed under the baby’s armpit?

The armpit is a medically recommended area for accurate axillary temperature measurement in babies. It provides stable readings while keeping the device comfortable and safe for continuous monitoring.

Does the package include extra batteries?

Navam TempLive comes with a pre-installed battery inside the device. Extra batteries are not included in the box. The battery lasts long and can be easily replaced when needed.

What is the normal body temperature range for a newborn?

A newborn’s normal body temperature typically ranges between 36.5°C to 37.5°C. Any temperature below 36.5°C may indicate low temperature, and above 37.5°C may signal fever.

What type of battery does Janitri: Navam TempLive use and how is it replaced?

Navam TempLive uses a CR2025, 3.0V coin cell battery. When battery level is low, it can be safely replaced by opening the battery compartment as per the instructions.

Will I get a low battery warning?

Yes, the app shows a low battery alert when the battery level drops. This gives parents enough time to replace the battery and continue uninterrupted temperature monitoring.

Is the Janitri: Navam TempLive patch safe for newborn skin?

Absolutely. The patch is soft, gentle, and medical-grade, designed specifically for a baby’s delicate skin. It is lightweight and comfortable for continuous use, even while sleeping.

How long does the battery last with regular use?

With average use of around eight hours per day, the battery can last up to 180 days. Battery life may vary based on usage patterns, connectivity, and alert frequency.

What is the purpose of the adhesive sticker and how is it used?

The sticker is a skin-safe adhesive used to attach the temperature patch securely to your baby’s skin. Each sticker is single-use and should be replaced after every monitoring session.
